On Tuesday, May 2, 2017, Call Center Week (CCW) announced that LocationSmart® was named as a Finalists for its 18th annual CCW Excellence Awards in the Workforce Optimization Provider of the Year category.
The CCW Excellence Awards honor and recognize individuals and teams who have made a commitment to driving superior contact center and customer experience performance.
