Speaker to educate on benefits of real-time location intelligence for supply chain management, M2M and other B2B industries
Carlsbad, CA., June 20, 2016 — ISCEA announced today that Mario Proietti, CEO of LocationSmart®, the worldwide leader in cloud location services for enterprise and consumer applications, will speak at the 2016 SCTECH (ISCEA Supply Chain Technology) Conference and EXPO. The conference will take place at the Navy Pier in Chicago, IL from July 19-21.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Proietti helped pave the way in location-based services by creating an award-winning cloud-based platform. Prior to serving as CEO of LocationSmart, he held management positions at AirTouch Teletrac, GM Hughes Electronics and Consolidated Edison and won several patents. Mr. Proietti is currently an active member of CTIA Privacy Group and IAPP and serves on the GPS World Editorial Advisory Board and as chair for Wireless Network Issues Committee of the E9-1-1 Institute. Early in his career, Mr. Proietti oversaw FCC regulatory initiatives for Teletrac's use of spectrum for location monitoring services, presenting before offices of the FCC, NTIA, Congress and the White House.
